Project: MAB Corporation

MAB Corporation

ImpactPR worked with MAB Corporation for seven years assisting in the acquisition and promotion of more than $1 billion of apartment and hotel development.

We played a key role in the pitch for the NewQuay development that has become one of Australia’s most successful urban regeneration projects as well as numerous other major apartment projects across Melbourne.

Impact started with MAB Corporation in its start-up phase and our initial role was to create highly sophisticated presentations to the Victorian Government backed by an integrated media campaign to boost the profile of its directors.

Those presentations led to MAB securing one of the largest and most strategic sites in Docklands that became NewQuay.

Impact started with Mab in its start-up phase through to it being a major Melbourne developer.
This included working on the strategy for winning New Quay, promotion of the apartment towers and marketing the business and its directors in a multi-pronged approach aimed at its long term business goals.

“Having worked with Impact Corporate communications for

almost seven years I highly recommend Grant Muller and his

team.

They are creative, inventive and thorough in their approach to

media relations and marketing and provided consistently good

outcomes for MAB Corporation on a range of projects.

Impact was a key player in MAB winning its bid for New Quay

and was highly creative in its approach to marketing the

precinct to the general public through the media.

Grant’s strong knowledge of the media and its methods created

consistent coverage for many years that helped to successfully

launch NewQuay into the market place on the back of the

great public anticipation he had generated.

Grant’s self-starting, high energy personality provides a can-do

approach to problems and often allows us to look at issues

with a different perspective,” Andrew Buxton, Managing

Director, MAB Corporation.
